Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo has been included in MARCA’s La Liga Team of Week for Matchday 16.
The Ghanaian international deservedly earned his spot following his outstanding performance in Celta’s 1-0 win away to Elche on Friday night.
Iago Aspas’ solitary strike at the Manuel Martínez Valero stadium was enough to hand the Sky Blues all points three.
The result saw them climb up to 16th on the league standings with 16 points.
Aidoo has now started in all 16 games for Celta Vigo in the League this season, scoring 1 goal.
