Ghanaian defender Hafiz Gariba eyes Barcelona first team spot

Talented 18-year-old Ghanaian defender, Hafiz Gariba, has set his sights on breaking into FC Barcelona’s first team.

After joining Barca Atletic from Marcet Soccer Academy on a three-year contract, Garba has been working hard to develop his skills.

He made a promising start with the Juvenil B team, scoring a goal in just his second game against L’Hospitalet.

Now an established member of the Barca U19 team, Garba is confident about his chances of impressing first-team manager Hansi Flick.

“I think this season, when I return, I am going to fight. I am going to fight so I get recognized and promoted to the Barcelona senior team,” he said.

With preseason approaching, Gariba is determined to make a strong impression and earn a spot in the senior team.
