Ghanaian defender Enock Kwanteg has left French club, Bordeaux, after terminating his contract.
Kwanteng’s contract had one year left on it, but he reached an agreement with the club and signed a termination on transfer deadline day.
This means that the right-back is free to join any club even though the transfer window has closed.
Kwateng decided to leave the club after they were relegated to Ligue 2 because Bordeaux could not afford his wages.
He received numerous offers during the transfer window but has turned them all down because the terms are not acceptable to him.
Kwateng, born in France, joined Bordeaux in 2019 from Nantes.
