Ghanaian clubs to observe a minute of applause for late MND Jawula

The Ghana Football Association has announced that there will be observation of a minute applause by all Ghanaian clubs this weekend matches to honor the former GFA Chairman the late MND Jawula.

The decision takes effect in the Betpawa Premier League, the Access Bank Division One League, Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League and all regional football leagues in the country.

The former Ghana Football Association Chairman MND Jawula died at age 74 last Saturday in USA and in line with the Islamic Region, astute football administrator was laid to rest the following day.

The late Jawula was GFA Chairman from 1997 to 2001 and also played major roles in the development of football in Ghana.
