Ghana forward Osman Bukari has delighted to have scored in Nantes 5-3 win against Girondins Bordeaux in the Ligue 1 on Sunday.

The 23-year-old scored his second goal of the season as Nantes came from two goals down to win the game at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

Bordeaux were 2-0 up at the break with Senegalese forward Mbaye Niang and Javairo Dilrosun getting the goals in the 6th and 18th minutes respectively.

Nantes responded within six minutes right after recess as Kalifa Coulibaly found the back of net and an own goal by Portuguese defender Ricardo Mangas.

The visitors restored their lead in the 68th minute through Enock Kwateng who connected a pass from Dilrosun but the lead lasted for only four minutes as Coulibaly scored again to level matters.

Nantes went in front for the first time in the game four minutes later when Nigeria international forward Moses Simon got his name on the scoresheet.

Bukari was introduced in the match in the 86th minute when he replaced Coulibaly but he lasted only three minutes on the pitch to get his goal to seal the victory for the hosts.

In a post on his social media page Osman Bukari is happy to have been on the scoresheet.

“Feels great to be on the scoresheet. What a comeback. Well done boys”.

Bukari has scored two goals and provided three assists in 20 appearances for Nantes in the French top-flight this campaign.
