The Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, Mark Addo says Ghana will assemble a strong squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He assured Ghanaians of a team that will give a good account of themselves, beginning with the pre-World Cup friendly against Switzerland.
The Black Stars have been under massive scrutiny for suffering a 3-0 defeat to Brazil and labouring for a 1-0 win over Nicaragua.
Mr Addo is confident of a better performance in subsequent matches.
“Black Stars are restructuring in terms of the way they want to play and all the new players coming in, I am very confident that we will parade a very strong team.” Said Mark Addo in an interview with Citi Sports.
“You can see from the talents that we have a strong team. I am sure we will do well,”
“When we play against Switzerland, everybody will see a very strong Blach Stars team that is prepared and ready to play for success.” He positively stated.
Ghana will lock horns with Switzerland in the last pre-World cup friendly on November 17.
