The head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana, Chris Hughton has named his first eleven for the friendly match against Namibia tonight.
Ghana is taking on Namibia in an international friendly match today ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Ivory Coast.
Ahead of kick-off at 8 pm, Coach Chris Hughton has selected a strong starting eleven to do battle for the national team.
The Ghana starting team has goalkeeper Richard Ofori in post and will be protected by a back four that includes Gideon Mensah and Daniel Amartey.
Elisha Owusu is the key man in the midfield and has been tasked to link up play with Jordan Ayew and Inaki Williams in the Black Stars’ attack.
Other players starting for Ghana against Namibia include Baba Iddrisu, Joseph Paintsil, as well as Alexander Djiku.
