Nafui Sulemana opened the scoring in the 7th minute and completed his brace in the 32nd minute from a spot-Kick, giving the host advantage before half time break.
It went from bad to worse for the visitors as goalkeeper Joseph Kumah saw red in the 40th minute after a handball outside the 18-yard box.
Berimah Baah added the third in the 65th minute to seal the victory.
Nations FC, who have amassed 25 points, will face FC Samartex at the Nsenkyire Arena in their next match.
Meanwhile, Legon Cities, who are winless in their last three games, remain bottom of the table with 11 points and host Aduana FC next.
