Berekum Chelsea striker Kofi Owusu says he is open to a move to Hearts of Oak only if his club chairman permits him.

The striker has become a hot transfer commodity after scoring 19 goals to emerge the top scorer in the just ended Premier League season.

Hearts of Oak have reportedly opened unofficial talks with the aim of signing Owusu.

And the striker admits he would love to join the Phobians but only if he is given clearance.

“I have no problem joining Hearts of Oak but all depends on my chairman,” he said.

“Of my chairman says I should join them, I will.”
