Ghana international Salis Abdul Samed has acknowledged the tough challenge his team, OGC Nice, faced in their French Ligue 1 clash against Lille.
Samed started and played 69 minutes as Nice secured a 2-0 home win at the Allianz Riviera.
The Black Stars midfielder impressed, contributing to the victory.
“Difficult game, but still got the three points,” Samed wrote on social media, celebrating the win.
Nice’s goals came from Morocco international Sofiane Diop, who converted a penalty in the 29th minute, and Isak Jansson, who sealed the win with a strike in the 87th minute.
Samed has made eight appearances for Nice since joining the club in the summer, providing one assist.
