Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah has been linked with a return to Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes after a miserable season in Spain.
The youngster was a hit a Guimaraes two seasons which earned him a EUR 6 million move to Spanish side Atletico Madrid but was quickly farmed out to Getafe.
But the loan move backfired big time as the budding talent was used in 10 matches in all competitions (8 matches in La Liga and two in the King’s Cup).
According to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Guimaraes are ready to give him unlimited game time to get his career back on track.
