Ghana international Kamaldeen Sulemana makes injury return in Rennes heavy win over Nantes

Ghana international Kamaldeen Sulemana made his return from injury for Stade Rennes in their 3-0 home win over Nantes in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Sulemana missed the side last two games after picking up an injury while in action for Ghana during the international break.

But the former FC Nordsjaelland star made a return from injury today, coming on as a second half substitute to replace Martin Terrier in the 88th minute mark.

Goals from Désiré Doué, Martin Terrier, and Amine Gouiri were enough for the home team to pick all points at stake.

The 20-year-old return from injury come as a huge boost for Ghana as the World Cup approaches.

He has featured 8 times in the league, scoring one goal in the process.

Meanwhile, Kamaldeen compatriot, Denis Appiah lasted 81 minutes for Nantes before he was subbed off.
