Ghana has been given a 0.02% chance to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament scheduled to be staged in Qatar.
This is according to rankings made by world-renowned statistics outfit Opta.
According to the Opta Analyst, the countries with no chance (0.00%) to win this year’s mundial include Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, and Cameroon.
Canada, Morocco, and Tunisia follow with a 0.01% chance while Ghana comes in with a 0.02% chance of winning the 2022 World Cup
The stats peg France as the favourites to win the Qatar world cup followed closely by ever-present Brazil.
This year’s world cup will be played between November and December. At the tournament, Ghana will be competing in Group H.
The Black Stars will face tough oppositions such as Portugal, Uruguay, as well as South Korea.
Despite not being fancied for the cup, Ghana will be aiming to give a good account in Qatar when the tournament starts.
