Arvin Appiah, a 24-year-old winger eligible for Ghana, has joined French Ligue 2 side Amiens SC on a season-long loan from Spanish club Almeria.
The England U19 international, who began his career at Nottingham Forest, is expected to boost Amiens’ promotion hopes with his pace and experience.
“A fast and impactful winger with over 150 pro appearances,” Amiens said in a club statement. “He arrives in Picardy with the ambition to relaunch his career.”
Appiah has had loan spells at CD Lugo, Tenerife, Málaga, Rotherham United, and most recently CD Nacional in Portugal.
