Ghana defender Tariq Lamptey shares excitement after Brighton’s narrow win over Nottingham Forest

Ghana international Tariq Lamptey has shared his excitement after helping Brighton and Hove Albion secure victory over Nottingham Forest in the English Premier League.

The Black Stars defender made substitute appearance when his outfit inflicted a 1-0 win over their opponent in the week 28 fixture played at the American Express Stadium.

Lamptey was introduced in the 60th minute mark, replacing Ansu Fati and made a good account of himself.

An own goal from Andrew Omobamidele made the difference as Brighton secure maximum points in the encounter on Sunday afternoon.

“Good win today, thanks for the support as always” he wrote on Instagram.

The 23-year-old has made 13 appearances this season, providing three assists in the process for Brighton.
