Ghana right-back Tariq Lamptey was adjudged Man of the Match after scoring for Brighton and Hove Albion in their 3-1 win over Arsenal in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
The 22-year-old put up an impressive display to help his side knock out the Premier League leaders at the Emirates stadium.
Lamptey has made 12 appearances and scored one goal in all competitions for Brighton.

Tariq Lamptey started the game as a left back alongside Levi Colwill, Lewis Dunk, and Joel Veltman.
The early chance of the encounter fell to Brighton’s Danny Welbeck. Sarmiento shot at goal was blocked and the ball fell to Welbeck who also saw his shot blocked.
A swift counter down the left by Reiss Nelson found Eddie Nketiah down the left of the box, who curled the ball past Jason Steele to make it 1-0.
The visitors equalized in the 27th minute, Danny Welbeck sent Karl Hein the wrong way, curling it into the bottom right corner from the penalty spot.
Brighton and Hove Albion took the lead after halftime. Kaoru Mitoma scored after receiving a pass from the right wing.
Black Stars defender Tariq Lamptey extended Brighton’s lead in the 71st minute. He played full throttle against the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium.
He is expected to be named in the final squad of Ghana for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
