Ghana defender Patric Pfeiffer nets first goal for German club Darmstadt –

Ghana defender Patric Pfeiffer scored his first goal for German side Darmstadt on Friday. 

He got the goal in the heated Bundesliga II clash against Hamburger SV at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg

Pfeiffer opened the scoring after four minutes and Darmstadt doubled their lead through forward Phillip Tietz.

Ghana forward Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer scored the consolation goal for Hamburger.

The game saw three players sent off including Ransford-Yeboah for a bad challenge. 

Pfeiffer, 23, moved from Hamburger to Darmstadt in 2019. He performed a knee slide to celebrate his goal against his former team.
