Otto Addo has touted the quality of in-demand St Pauli midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyere and says no team can ignore the Ghana star.
The 26-year-old has a enjoyed tremendous campaign for both club and country, helping Ghana to qualify to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
He was a mainstay of the St Pauli side in their failed German Bundesliga promotion bid this season.
The Ghana international has bid farewell to the Bundesliga II side after they failed to secure a push up despite his individual brilliance for St Pauli.
And Borussia Dortmund assistant coach Otto Addo has raved about the quality of the star midfielder- citing his importance to his team ahead of the World Cup.
“In view of his performances in the current season, a lot would have to happen to Daniel-Kofi Kyere for me to say,” Addo said
“The boy did not only inspires in the 2nd Bundesliga, but has also done very well in the national team recently.
“I’m reluctant to lean out the window, as I said, there are still six months to go, but of course he’ll normally be there – he’s just too strong for that.”
The former Wehen Wiesbaden player made 67 appearances for St Pauli, scoring 22 goals and providing 21 assists.
