Captain of the Black Stars of Ghana, Andre Ayew has completed his move to French Ligue 1 side Le Havre,

This comes to confirm what Footballghana.com reported on Saturday morning indicating that the veteran forward is on the verge of signing for the French club.

After completing the mandatory medical examination and signing the offered contract, Le Havre has this evening announced that the club has signed Andre Ayew.

“Andre Ayew, new Sky&Sea! Looking for a new challenge, André Ayew has therefore chosen to join Ciel&Marine to get back to Ligue 1,” Le Havre said in a post on Facebook on Saturday evening.

Andre Ayew, 33, is no stranger to the French Ligue 1. In the past, he rose through the ranks at Olympic Marseille where he established himself as a star in the French top-flight league.

On his return to France, the experienced forward is expected to use his quality to help Le Havre compete and avoid relegation at the end of the season 2023/24 football season.
