The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially opened the media accreditation process for the 2025/26 football season, covering the Ghana Premier League, Access Bank Division One League, and the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.
Applications opened on Monday, September 15, and will close on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
Media houses are required to submit an official letter on their company letterhead, assigning specific reporters to cover matches. Each reporter must attach a clearly labeled passport-sized photo to their application.
According to the GFA, each media outlet will be granted four accreditations, but only two representatives will be allowed into a match venue per game. Freelance journalists, bloggers, and photographers will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Applications must be sent to the GFA Communications Department via media@ghanafa.org before the deadline. All submissions will undergo a strict review process before approval.
The GFA emphasized that the accreditation will serve for the entire 2025/26 season across all three major domestic competitions.
