GFA launches new pathway for young girls with U15 colts league logo

The Ghana Football Association has taken another decisive step toward strengthening the women’s game with the official unveiling of the U15 Regional Colts League logo.

The new identity introduces the competition as a nationwide platform designed to shape the next generation of female footballers.

Branded with the hashtag #InspireGreatness, the logo reflects ambition, growth and the careful grooming of young talent from the grassroots.

The U15 Regional Colts League is a key component of the FIFA Women’s Development Programme focused on league development.

That partnership highlights FIFA’s commitment to building sustainable women’s football structures across member associations.

Through this initiative, young girls across all regions will gain early access to organised, competitive football environments.

The GFA believes this structured approach will accelerate technical, physical and personal development at a formative stage.

Officials say the league fits squarely into the association’s broader strategy of investing heavily in youth football.

With FIFA’s continued support, the competition is expected to become a cornerstone for the long-term growth of women’s football in Ghana.
