The Ghana Football Association have launched the KGL U17 inter club champions league for the second time.
The competition was brought back in 2021 after years of absence and it will begin on September 10, 2022, at the Madina newly built Astro turf in Accra
Twelve clubs will be competing in the competition for the trophy and the winner will be rewarded with Ghc 20,000 while the second place club take home Ghc 10,000.
“If we fix fundamentals, the very foundation of our sports which is the grassroots Football, I have no doubt in my mind how the future will be like for now senior National team,” President Kurt Okraku said during the program.
KGL signed four years agreement with the Ghana football Association to sponsor the U17 inter club champions league competition.
