GFA gets FIFA’s approval to purchase $100,000 worth of balls for Regional League Clubs

FIFA has approved the GFA’s request to invest $100,000 into the acquisition of footballs for Regional Football Development.

At the 29th Session of the GFA Congress, GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku announced the decision to purchase footballs for the various Regional Leagues.

Following the approval by FIFA, footballs will be acquired for Clubs in the Second Division Leagues as well as the Third Division Leagues.

All Regional Women’s Division One and Two Clubs will also benefit from the match balls which will be purchased by the GFA.

The Ghana Football Association has received the approval of FIFA to invest $100,000 into the acquisition of footballs for juvenile clubs.

The Regional Football Leagues are scheduled to begin from November 3-5, 2023.
