The Ghana Football Association has outlined the official timetable for the second registration period of the 2025/26 campaign.
The window will begin at 00:01 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, and run until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026, giving clubs a month to adjust their squads.
This phase of the season offers teams a vital chance to upgrade their playing units as the competition grows tighter, whether by plugging gaps, boosting depth, or refreshing options ahead of the run-in.
Both the International Transfer Matching System (ITMS) and the Domestic Transfer Matching System (DTMS) will operate throughout the period to facilitate all incoming and outgoing transfers.
The FA has urged clubs to ensure every move is completed within these platforms before the deadline.
It also issued a firm reminder that any club without the minimum quota of 20 approved players will be deactivated.
The ongoing 2025/26 season, which commenced on September 12, is set to wrap up on May 30, 2026.
The GFA stressed that the dates are final and that no extensions will be granted once the window closes.
