GFA and betPawa to renew partnership ahead of 2025/26 season

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will, on Friday, August 8, 2025, renew its partnership with betPawa in a short ceremony at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Accra.

The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

The renewed agreement extends a collaboration that has played a key role in boosting the profile and growth of domestic football, especially the Ghana Premier League.

Friday’s gathering will bring together top GFA executives, senior officials from betPawa, club representatives, and other key stakeholders in the football industry, alongside members of the media.

Organisers say the ceremony will also serve as a platform to unveil details of the strengthened partnership and outline plans for the upcoming 2025/26 football season.

The Ghana Premier League begins on the weekend of September 12.
