Joseph Paintsil has expressed his disappointment following Genk’s 1-1 draw at Cercle Brugge in the Belgium League on Friday.
The Ghanaian international was on target as the Blue and Whites came from behind to earn a vital point at Jan Breydel Stadion.
The in-form forward has scored 12 goals and provided 11 assist in 26 games for Genk this season.
“Mixed feelings last night! ⚽️Number 12 bagged but disappointed with the draw. Looking forward to bouncing back after the break -#genkies you deserve better from us ????????” he reacted on Twitter.
Next up for Painstil is national team duty with Ghana. The forward is part of the latest Black Stars squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola.
