French Ligue 2 side, Caen are in talks with Ghanaian striker, Godson Kyeremeh to extend his stay at the club.
The French-born forward’s contract at the club ends in 2023 and having spent last on loan at Annecy, the club now want to award him with a new contract.
The 22-year-old striker trained at the club, decisive scorer in Nîmes on the first day of Ligue 2, has been closely watched on the market since his revelation in Haute-Savoie.
Director of recruitment of Stade Malherbe Caen speaking in an interview confirmed that the club have started talks with the young forward to sign a new contract.
“We are also discussing with Godson’s entourage to extend it, we want to include it in our project,” he said.
Kyeremeh has so far made two appearances for the club in the ongoing season.
