Asante Kotoko head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has lavished praise on striker Franck Etouga Mbella, describing him the best player he has ever coached.
The Cameroonian attacker made a significant impact in the Ghanaian top flight, delivering five-star performances that helped Asante Kotoko clinch the title in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
During that season with the Porcupine Warriors, Mbella scored 18 goals, earning him the Golden Boot award.
Ogum, in an interview with TV3, praised the striker’s technical abilities, calling him a “killer” on the field.
“I would choose Mbella; he is technically skilled and truly a game-changer,” Ogum stated.
” Franck Mbella is a killer he is the best player that l have coached.”
Mbella is currently with Egyptian football club El Gouna on loan.
