Former Ghana U20 star Clifford Aboagye returns to Mexican side Querétaro FC

Former Ghana U20 forward, Clifford Aboagye is continuing his career in Mexico after signing for former club Querétaro FC.

The talented attacking midfielder ended his stay at Tijuana when his contract expired.

In the last few weeks, officials of Querétaro FC have been in talks with representatives of the player to try and secure his signature.

Following successful talks, Clifford Aboagye has been signed on a free transfer by Querétaro FC for the 2022/23 football season.

He has returned to the club with a lot of expectations and will hope to wow the home fans especially when he plays at the Corregidora Stadium which is the home grounds of the team.

In the past, Clifford Aboagye has played for other clubs in Mexico including Atlas. He played for Querétaro FC during the 2018/2019 football season.

The ex-Granada man is set to play a key role for the club to try and win trophies with the team.

He was a star for the Ghana U20 team at the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
