Former Ghana U17 attacker Emmanuel Boateng scores in Rio Ave smooth win in Portugal

Former Ghana U17 attacker Emmanuel Boateng registered his first goal of the Portuguese Primeria Liga after scoring for Rio Ave in their 4-0 hammering of Boavista on Monday night. 

The 18-year-old iced the cake for Rio with a sensational 90th minute strike at the Estádio do Rio Ave Futebol Clube.

Boateng, who played for Ghana at the 2013 African U17 Championship, had a hands in two of Rio’s opening goals and added his name to the score-sheet with a strike at the death.
