Dutch club Feyenoord have expressed strong interest in signing promising Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang, according to reports from Austria.
The 21-year-old has impressed with Wolfsberger AC in the Austrian Bundesliga this season, attracting attention from several European clubs, including Spain’s Real Valladolid and French side AS Saint-Étienne.
Feyenoord are now the latest club to enter the race for his signature ahead of the 2025–26 season.
Agyemang, who is a former WAFA player, has played 34 matches this season, contributing 4 goals and 6 assists across all competitions.
“I don’t feel any pressure. That’s just part of football. I just need to stay focused despite all the compliments,” Agyemang told Sportsboom.
“I’m really pleased we’ve secured European football. It won’t be easy, but it’s a great opportunity to prove ourselves against some of the top teams. I’m looking forward to it.”
Though highly rated, Agyemang has yet to feature for Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars.
