This Saturday also brings us action from the Canadian Premier League and it features this upcoming clash between basement dwellers, Edmonton, and their high-flying 3rd placed visitors, Pacific, when the two teams face off at Clarke Field with a valuable three points at stake for both sides.
Taking a look at Edmonton first, and the hosts sit bottom of the Premier League but just a point behind second from bottom outfit, York United, whom they recorded a comprehensive 3-0 home win over in the previous round of games in the domestic top flight.

Edmonton will therefore be hoping to build upon that encouraging result this Saturday when they play host to Pacific.
Although the calibre of opponents this weekend may be superior than their previous visitors.
Indeed, Edmonton have won two of their last three games overall as they registered a 1-0 home win against Atletico Ottawa in their previous home fixture.
And although they slipped to a 3-1 loss on the road at Cavalry in between times, Edmonton have now won their last two home games on the trot.
Onto Pacific, and the high-flying visitors will also have reason to chase all three points here this Saturday as they trail both of the top two teams in the division, Cavalry and Atletico Ottawa, by a four-point margin.
The main catalyst behind Pacific trailing the leading two teams in the Premier League is the fact that the visitors have failed to win any of their last seven matches overall, which consists of drawing four and losing the other three.
Points picked up in draws with York United (home and away), Valour and Cavalry have been outweighed by recent defeats suffered at the hands of Atletico Ottawa, Forge and HFX Wanderers.
So the prospects of a win here for Pacific may not be as straight forward as they might have been earlier in the season.
In addition, Pacific have picked up just the one away win on their travels so far in this season’s Canadian top flight campaign while also being held to two draws and suffering three losses.
Two of the last three meetings though at Clarke Field have ended in 0-0 and 1-1 stalemates and with both teams struggling for form right now, another draw may be on the cards this Saturday
