Leicester winger Fatawu Issahaku expressed his gratitude to the fans after beating Charlton Athletic.
Issahaku, who had long been hampered by injury last season, said the atmosphere gave the team more energy.
“I think it’s a game for the fans because it was a great atmosphere and it gave us more energy,” he said.
Issahaku praised the fans’ support, saying it makes things easy for the team.
“We are just happy to have the three points away from home… We want to see more [support] and we’ll give out more energy every time we’re on the field.”
Leicester have now picked up six points from three Championship games and will be hoping to make a return to the Premier League.
