Ghanaian winger, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, who is currently on loan at Leicester City from Sporting Lisbon, celebrated a memorable milestone in the English Championship.
The 18-year-old talent, having secured a regular spot in the team, scored his debut goal on Saturday afternoon, contributing to the Foxes’ impressive eight-match winning streak in the Championship.
In the face-off against Swansea City, Matt Grimes initially put Swansea in the lead, but Leicester fought back with Jannik Vestagaard’s goal, leveling the score before halftime.
Issahaku, then added to Leicester’s tally with Kelechi Iheanacho sealing the deal late in the game.
The Ghanaian international expressed his happiness after the match; “I can’t even explain how I ma feeling right now, but Kele (Iheanacho) always tells me to score so I scored.”
