Fatau Dauda barks , Ghana can rely on other goalkeepers apart from me!

The 28-year-old is still under pressure to find a new club after struggling to hold down a place at South African side Orlando Pirates.

The ex-Ashantigold shot-stopper seems growing frustrated with the turn of events and says Ghanaians should not get overly worried with his lack of first team action because there are equally good replacements for him.

“We have a lot of goalkeepers around so if I am not getting enough playing time, Ghanaians should not be worried,” Dauda is quoted by footy-ghana.

“There is Kwarasey and the rest and they are all playing for their clubs, so if Kwesi Appiah gives them the opportunity in the world cup I just have to support them.

“When I’m in the post Kwarasey always come to me and tell me to do my best, and I think that is what I will do if he gets the nod to be in the post.

“love me and that is why they are all talking about my lack of playing time for my team. That is cool with me. I just have to train well, because for me I believe if I work hard I will get the chance to play again.”

There is still plenty of time for the glovesman with the World Cup six months away.
