Maxwell Konadu is likely to turn down a juicy offer of becoming the Technical Director of Medeama due to his busy engagements with the Black Stars.

The former Kotoko trainer is being courted to provide technical direction for the club ahead of the new season.

But Konadu’s engagements with the Black Stars could scupper the proposed deal.

The Black Stars will begin the qualifiers for the 2015 African Cup of Nations in September and shuttling between the two demanding jobs will prove difficult.

Medeama president Moses Armah is determined to assemble the best crop of technical brains to handle the side this term as they undergo a restructuring phase.

The Mauve and Yellows have appointed Prince Owusu as their new trainer
