German-born Derrick Kohn has emerged as a transfer target for German outfit Werder Bremen, Footballghana.com can report.
The 23-year-old is expected to leave Dutch side Willem II Tilburg this summer following his side relegation to the second-tier.
Kohn who is connected to Ghana current contract with Willem II will expire in summer 2023.
But Footballghana.com understands the Ghanaian defender wants a move away after suffering relegation with Willem II.
It is said Werder Bremen who recently earn promotion to the German top-flight are making efforts to sign defender ahead of next season.
