Italian born Ghanaian player Claud Adjapong could leave Sassuolo in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 24 year old returned to Sassuolo after spending one season on loan at Reggina in the Serie B.
Kickoffghana.com can confirm Adjapong will head back to the second tier and join newly promoted side Bari Football club.
Talks are at advanced stage between Bari Football club and Sassuolo over a possible move.
Adjapong made 20 league appearances for Reggina last season, providing one assist.
