Dismissed Mighty Jets boss Foster Alhassan has threatened to take legal action against the club over unpaid salaries.
Alhassan was relieved of his post after strings of unimpressive performances in the Ghana Premier League.
He clashed with the club’s supporters during their 2-1 home defeat against Medeama Sc-a scenario which forced officials to ask him to step aside.
He took charge of the club for five months following the sacking of Jonas Amissah, just a game into the season.
He claims he’s not received his four months’ salary and four match winning bonuses and says he will be forced to seek redress in court if what is due him is not paid.
“I was in charge for five months but was only paid my first month salary. But since then I have not received a dime from the club,†Amissah said
“They (Jets) also owe me a further four match winning bonuses and want them to quickly give me my money if my service is no longer required.
“I want to take this opportunity to say that I was not fired but opted to quit because they decided to bring in Jonas Amissah when I was still in charge of the club.
“I worked for them but had some few issues with some of the supporters of which I was subsequently asked to step aside but when I was supposed to resume, I was knocked down by malaria,â€
