Ex-Hearts of Oak central defender, Mohammed Alhassan is on the verge of leaving Ghana for a move to the Israeli top-flight.
The transfer, to the yet-to-be disclosed club, is expected to happen before the end of the transfer window (31 January).
It is understood Mohammed has reached a deal worth €6000 with the unnamed club as a free agent after his departure from Hearts of Oak.
The 30-year-old joined the Phobians in 2018 and won all major trophies available in the division including Ghana Premier League title, 2x FA Cup and President trophy.
Mohammed played in the four qualifying matches for the Black Galaxies but failed to make the cut for the final squad participating in the African Nations Championship (CHAN), currently ongoing in Algeria.
