Black Stars-bound and Nations FC captain Razak Simpson says there’s a lot of quality in his side to get over the line in the Ghana Premier League.
Nations FC are top of the league with three games to go as they eye a maiden Premier League crown.
However, the process may have become a bit dodgy following the departure of Razak Simpson, who is set to join the Black Stars camp in London ahead of the Unity Cup.
Simpson has been among Nations top performers this term and one of the best players in the league.
Despite his departure, Simpson strongly believes there’s enough cover in his team.
“Even in my absence they can get the job done. Because in my absence they played against Asante Kotoko twice, they won. Whenever I come for National duty, they have been playing matches, scoring. They have really quality defenders who can fit in for me and do the job perfectly,” he told Max TV.
Nations have a point more than second placed GoldStars and host Samartex at home on Sunday.
