Former Asante Kotoko striker Eric Kwabena Bekoe has boldly predicted that Nations FC will emerge as champions of the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League.
Speaking on Accra-based Original TV , Bekoe backed the Kumasi-based club to go all the way, crediting their consistency and the tactical leadership of head coach Kassim Mingle.
“Nations FC have shown great consistency throughout the season, and with an experienced coach like Kassim Mingle at the helm, they have what it takes to win the league,” Bekoe said. “They’ve been solid all season, and I believe they have the mental toughness to go all the way.”
Currently in a tight title race with contenders like Asante Kotoko, Heart of Lions, and Samatex, Nations FC remain firmly in the mix with only a few matches to go.
Bekoe believes that while the traditional giants bring pedigree, Nations FC’s steady rise and tactical discipline could give them the decisive edge.
“It’s not going to be easy, but I have faith in Nations FC. They’ve shown they can handle pressure and have the right mentality,” he added.
As the league approaches its dramatic conclusion, all eyes will be on Nations FC to see if they can finish the job and lift their first-ever Premier League title.
