English League One side, Charlton Athletic are in talks with Crystal Palace for the signing of English-born midfielder of Ghanaian descent Jesurun Rak-Sakyi.
Ahead of the start of the 2022/23 football season, the English lower-tier side has decided to bring in players to strengthen the squad of the team.
According to manager Thomas Sandgaard, the club is interested in the signing of Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and has already opened negotiations with Crystal Palace for the services of the talented teenager.
“We are very interested in Rak-Sakyi, he’s an exciting winger that could bring extra attacking power to the team. But no deal is done as of yet,” the Charlton Athletic manager told the South London Press.
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, 19, made his senior Crystal Palace debut in 2021. He has in the last few weeks been training with the senior team of the Eagles.
He is regarded as one for the future and valued very much by the English Premier League team.
