Fans will not have to wait for long as the Merseyside derby – Everton vs Liverpool, is set for early September.

There is a Manchester and London derby on October 1 as Man City host Man United while Tottenham welcome north London rivals Arsenal.

The south-coast derby is also back following FC Bournemouth’s promotion back to the Premier League.

Here are all the notable derby dates;

  • 3 Sep – Everton v Liverpool
  • 1 Oct – Arsenal v Spurs
  • 1 Oct – Man City v Man Utd
  • 14 Jan – Man Utd v Man City
  • 14 Jan – Spurs v Arsenal
  • 11 Feb – Liverpool v Everton

South-coast derby is back

AFC Bournemouth’s return to the Premier League means they will renew their rivalry with Southampton.

The Cherries host the Saints on Tuesday 18 October before the return fixture takes place at St Mary’s Stadium on 26 April 2023.

Interestingly, the home side have won only one of the last nine meetings in all competitions.
