Eddie Nketiah’s brilliance against Chelsea makes Arsenal dream of Champions League

Attacker Eddie Nketiah scored two goals for Arsenal in their victory against Chelsea yesterday evening to get the club back on the path to playing Champions League football next season.

Arsenal is suddenly back in contention for the Champions League after a bad run of results in the league.

Eddie Nketiah was the unexpected two-goal hero, striking a superb double at Stamford Bridge after going 367 days without scoring in the Premier League.

Bukayo Saka then sealed the victory with an injury-time penalty in front of a jubilant away crowd.

Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta praised Eddie Nketiah after the game and the goalscorer also told the media that it is always special to score against Chelsea.

Eddie Nketiah who is been chased by Ghana to switch nationalities ahead of the Afcon 2023 qualifiers and the 2022 World Cup has played 15 games in the Premier League this season.
