Ajax match-winner Brian Brobbey has sent a plea to outgoing manager Erik Ten Hag to sign for Manchester United.
Erik Ten Hag joins Manchester United at the end of the season after agreeing a deal with the Red Devils last week.
The Dutch gaffer is looking at wrapping up the campaign by winning the Eredivisie and on Saturday, the hero for the champions was Dutch-born Ghanaian Brian Brobbey.
In his post match interview, Brobbey jokingly expressed the desire to join his manager in England.
“I am very happy for him and he really deserves it after everything he has done for Ajax,” Brobbey said of Ten Hag. Before continuing: “If only he brings me with him in two years…. no no.. joking joking!”
The 20-year-old is currently on loan from German side RB Liepzig, and has scored five goals in ten matches for Ajax since rejoining the club in the winter transfer window.
Brobbey was born to Ghanaian parents in Holland and has represented the Dutch youth teams but remains eligible to play for Ghana.
