Head coach Dreams FC Abdul Karim Zito has revealed that the club will be without their poster boy, Abdul Aziz Issah, for the 2024/25 football season.
In an interview with Skyy Power FM, Coach Zito stated that he is preparing for the new season without Issah, along with five other players: John Antwi, Egyir, Abdul Jalilu, McCarthy Ofori, and Agyenim Boateng.
“I am seriously preparing for the new season. As it stands, Abdul Aziz Issah, John Antwi, Egyir, Abdul Jalilu, McCarthy Ofori, and Agyenim Boateng aren’t part of my plans,” he stated.
Issah was a standout performer for Dreams FC in the 2023/24 season, impressing fans with his remarkable skills and goal-scoring abilities, particularly in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Sources close to the club indicate that the teenage sensation is set to join a top European club to further his career, although the destination has yet to be confirmed.
The 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League season is set to kick-off on September 6.
