Abdul Karim Zito’s side struggled to breach a well-organized Hearts defense in the entire duration of the match.
Hearts of Oak had the first clear chance when Hamzah Issah’s powerful strike narrowly missed the target.
Hearts’ coach, Aboubakar Outarra, introduced Amankwah Baafi early in the second half to add more energy. Kwabena Boateng later came close for Hearts, but his shot failed to find the net.
Despite both teams’ efforts, they could not break the deadlock, and the game finished goalless.
Dreams remain winless after seven games, while Hearts missed a chance to climb up in the standings.
