Accra Hearts of Oak secured a fourth-place finish in the just-ended Ghana Premier League with 58 points, an improvement from last season’s dramatic relegation battle.
Board Member Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has expressed confidence that the club will continue progressing next season.
“We made it to the top four and we shall improve on that [next season]. Hearts of Oak is made of a huge number of people, when our people are happy, I am happy,” he told Asempa FM.
While speculations swirl around possible changes to the club’s technical team, Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe emphasized that no decision has been made yet.
“A decision on any technical team is a decision that is made by the directors of the board,” he clarified.
“Until the board of the board come out with anything, please whatever you see or read is not the tone of the board.”
Hearts’ fourth-place finish marks a significant turnaround from their struggles just a season ago.
