Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has urged his squad to remain committed to the club’s rebuilding project after edging Eleven Wonders 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Phobians took control of the game early, with midfielder Enock Asubonteng producing the decisive moment in the 17th minute.
His composed low strike beat the goalkeeper and ultimately sealed back-to-back league victories for the capital club.
The win lifts Hearts to third on the Premier League table, amassing seven points from their first three matches of the campaign.
Reflecting on the result, Dramani emphasized the importance of belief and consistency within the squad.
“We need to believe in what we are doing,” he said.
“The consistency we invite in our players is key. We must be strong in tight games, score when we can, and then protect it. Sometimes it’s difficult, but that’s the challenge,” he explained.
The coach now turns his attention to next weekend’s away fixture against Bechem United, hoping to extend Hearts’ unbeaten run.
For Eleven Wonders, who remain winless after three outings, a home clash with Young Apostles provides their next chance to turn fortunes around.
